CraftingGeek is doing another 30 for 30 Crafting Challenge for August. We’re onto day 4 now and I am almost done with my first project.
During the June 30 for 30 Crafting, I did a lot on Mira’s blanket but I ran into some technical difficulties and didn’t work on it for a bit. Now everything is figured out and I’m back on track and determined to get it finished. I just have a little bit more of the border to do and then the ends to weave in. I should be done this week.
I switched around projects a lot last time and I want to try to focus on one project for a bit. I think I might keep with crochet momentum and try to get Evie’s blanket finished.
I am also going to try to get this astronaut cross stitch done so I can get back on track with working on the space alphabet. I haven’t been cross stitching much lately and I need to remedy that!
I also plan on doing the Spoonflower month of drawing. Marceline from Asking for Trouble posted about it and it seems like a great way to get me drawing. You can sign up at any time, email prompts start today!

Oh this is so cool. I’m doing the 365 drawing challenge this year but coming up with something to draw every day is so hard! I’ve signed up for this now so I can give my brain a rest for the month. How cool!

Kim, I’d love to find out where to do the 365 day challange for drawing!

Have fun with all those ends in that blanket…precisely why I do my best to do them as I go π That’s a really cool edging for it π
Mariya says
That is a really neat concept. I would love to try something like that.
