Sew Mama Sew Giveaway Day and was very excited to have won an amazing prize pack from Quilts in the Queue. The awesome Heather actually chose her winners using the wrong number of entries for the random generator, so she did an unplanned 4th drawing which is what I won! She put together an amazing prize pack for me and I love it all.
The mini charm pack is becoming hexagons for my quilt, but I haven’t decided how to use the four fat quarters yet. The one on the top and the green one on the bottom are both just begging to be made into something for the kitchen. Maybe tea towels or napkins.
Who doesn’t love buttons? I could hear these before I opened the package, the loud shaking noise had me very intrigued!
There is also a pattern for the Urban Girl Wrap skirt by Amy Hamberlin, available from Kati Cupcake. I’ve been wanting to make a skirt for myself, and now I have four options!
And finally there is this super awesome Japanese book Patchwork Lesson. I’ll write up a full review later, but it seems really great so far!
Thanks again Heather, you are seriously awesome! And don’t forget to check out her website to see her amazing quilts!
