Last year I made a whole bunch of Tsum Tsum cross stitch patterns for a swap. I've been meaning to release the patterns for awhile and this week I got a message giving me the push to finally do it. I had an idea awhile back to make a series of tiny cross stitch patterns. My initial thought was that they could go on a hexagon, but they're so tiny you could stitch them on almost anything. Free Pattern Friday – Bethlehem Star Quilt Block

I've always loved the look of this block and have seen it called both a Bethlehem Star and the Swoon block. It's on my list of quilt blocks I want to make, but until I finally do it, I'll have to settle for this cross stitch pattern version. Crafting Con Swap!

One of the reasons I do so many swaps is to motivate and challenge me to try new things.
