Weeks ago I talked with Jennifer from 52 Lasers about the possibility of making laser cut appliqués. I ironed some Heat'n Bond* onto a dark gray Kona cotton and dropped it off with her. Happy Unicorn Swap – What I Sent
My Happy Unicorn Swap partner got her package yesterday, so I can finally show it all off! I got my swap package earlier this week, and I was so excited to send this to my partner. Happy Unicorn Swap – What I Got

I've never done paper piecing but it's on my list of new things I want to try next year. One of the swap requirements was to send a "unicorn item," something rare or hard to find. Tiffany sent me this Heather Ross fabric, it's amazing. However, I'm absolutely ... Read More

Afterwards I stood in line for the book signing shaking from the anxiety of presenting it to her. I received the greatest gift I could have asked for, Double Unicorn Success Club status. ... Read More
