Oh wow, that is soo timely (at loncon 3 they had an option to try out using the lilpad, but I was busy doing something else!) I love the idea of stitching the lilypad things onto another piece of cloth at the back of the work- so obvious!

Eeeek these are cool! I have some “poster lights” that are like mini Christmas lights I was going to use for a similar purpose but these look way more fun.
